1. About the site and its operator

The site operates under the ITgalya brand and is run by its registered business operator in Israel ("ITgalya"). Its purpose is to present information about the information security, Managed SOC, Incident Response, Cyber Risk Assessment and other professional services that ITgalya offers.

2. The information on this site is not professional advice

The content on this site is provided for information, introduction and marketing purposes only. Nothing on it should be read as information security advice, legal advice, regulatory advice, a commitment to any particular level of security, or a recommendation necessarily suited to a given organisation or environment. Professional decisions in information security should follow an examination of the relevant environment, risks and requirements.

3. Engaging ITgalya for services

Presenting a service, product, capability or professional description on this site is not a binding offer or a commitment to provide a service to any particular client. An engagement for ITgalya's services is formed through a proposal, an order, a Statement of Work, a Service Agreement or another agreement approved between the parties, setting out — among other things — the scope of the service, the systems covered, hours of operation, service levels, permissions, each party's responsibilities, pricing and payment terms. Where these terms of use conflict with a specific service agreement signed with a client, the specific agreement prevails.

4. No undertaking to prevent every cyber incident

Information security systems and services exist to reduce risk, improve detection and response capability, and help deal with cyber threats — but they cannot guarantee that every incident will be prevented or detected. Nothing on this site constitutes an undertaking that ITgalya's services will prevent any intrusion, malware, data loss, identity theft, exploitation of a vulnerability, malfunction or security incident.

5. Availability and accuracy of the information

ITgalya makes reasonable efforts to keep the information on this site accurate and current. Technologies, threats, products, services, legal provisions and regulatory requirements nonetheless change frequently. ITgalya does not undertake that all information on the site will be complete, accurate or up to date at all times, and may update, change, add to or remove content without prior notice.

6. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content on this site — including text, design, graphics, logo, marks, documents, diagrams, methodologies, professional material and code shown to users — is owned by ITgalya or lawfully used by it. It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, sold, modified or used commercially without prior written permission.

7. Prohibited use of the site

The site may not be used unlawfully, or in any way liable to harm the site, ITgalya's systems or third parties. In particular, without express written permission you may not carry out or attempt security scanning, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, exploitation, brute force, credential testing, circumvention of security controls, unauthorised access, injection of malicious code, interference with service availability, or any activity liable to disrupt the site or the systems connected to it.

A good-faith report of a security finding is welcome. The reporting policy, its scope and the safe harbour terms are set out on the security page.

8. Third-party links, products and services

The site may include links, trade names or references to third-party services and products, including cloud, security, software and infrastructure vendors. Mentioning a third party is not necessarily a recommendation or a commitment to use it. ITgalya does not control those sites or services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms or privacy practices.

9. Privacy and personal information

Using the site or contacting us through it may involve providing personal information. Any such information is handled in accordance with ITgalya's privacy policy as published on the site, and subject to applicable law.

10. Information security

ITgalya takes reasonable measures to protect the site and the information handled through it. No internet-connected system is entirely immune to risk, however, so absolute protection against intrusion, disruption, data loss or unauthorised access cannot be guaranteed.

11. Limitation of liability

Subject to applicable law, use of the site and of the information on it is at the user's own risk. ITgalya will not be liable for indirect, consequential or special damage arising from reliance on general information published on the site, unauthorised use of the site, the availability of third-party services, or events outside its reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

ITgalya may update these terms of use from time to time. The current version is published on the site and carries the date it was last updated.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

Use of the site and these terms of use are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Jurisdiction is determined in accordance with the law and with any binding contractual agreement, where one exists.
